The Log Cabin at Hope Unitarian Church sits on the west side of Sheridan Road between 84th and 85th Streets. To reach the building, follow the winding, narrow road up the hill. At the top, you will see the cabin. Additionally, posted Victims’ Voices signs will guide you upon arrival.
This Tulsa Victim Impact Panel is a court-approved program. It helps participants meet DUI court order and driver’s license reinstatement requirements while clearly explaining the real consequences of impaired driving.
When to Arrive
This Saturday afternoon session begins at 4:00 PM.
Therefore, please arrive 15–20 minutes early to allow time for sign-in and a smooth start.
This is one of three Tulsa-area Victim Impact Panels, each held at a different location.
Cost
The fee is $75, payable by cash or money order made out to Victims’ Voices.

Proof of Attendance
After completing the Victim Impact Panel, participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
Next, provide copies of this certificate to the following agencies, as required:
- Court clerk
- Probation officer
- Attorney
- DUI / ADSAC assessor
- DA supervision
- Alternative court
(Always keep the original certificate for your records.)
Court & License Compliance
The Tulsa Victim Impact Panel (VIP) meets state, county, and tribal court requirements.
Completion of this program satisfies VIP orders for Oklahoma and Tribal Courts. In addition, it satisfy the Victim Impact Panel requirement for the driver’s license reinstatement through Service Oklahoma, when required by your court or DUI assessor.
Above all, the purpose of the Victims’ Voices program is to present the tragic and lasting consequences of impaired choices. As a result, participants gain a clear understanding of the real-world impact of drunk driving and are encouraged to make safer, accountable decisions.

Victims’ Voices is certified by the Oklahoma District Attorneys Council and approved under Oklahoma state law.
Through personal stories, attendees hear directly from real people affected by drunk driving. Consequently, the panel offers meaningful insight into the human impact of DUI and related offenses.
