118 N. Broad St., Guthrie, OK 73044.
This Guthrie Victim Impact Panel is a court-approved program that helps participants meet DUI and license reinstatement requirements while understanding the real consequences of impaired driving.
When to Arrive
The session begins at 7:30 PM.
Please arrive 15–20 minutes early to allow time for sign-in and a smooth start.
Cost
The cost is $75 payable by cash or money order made out to Victims’ Voices

Who Should Attend
The VIP is a requirement for individuals with court-ordered DUI, APC, or possession charges. It also required to drivers who had an impairment charge and who are working on driver’s license reinstatement in Oklahoma.
Court & License Compliance
The DUI Class Guthrie meets state, county, and tribal court requirements.
Completion may support driver’s license reinstatement through Service Oklahoma, when required by your court.
The sole purpose of the Victims’ Voices program is to present the tragic consequences of impaired choices, so participants understand the real-world impact of drunk driving and are encouraged to make accountable and safer choices.

This program is certified by the District Attorneys Council and approved under Oklahoma state law.
Attendees hear directly from real people affected by drunk driving, giving insight into the human impact of DUI and related offenses.
