Where to Go
The event takes place at City Central, located in Ponca City, OK 74601. This Ponca City Victim Impact Panel helps participants meet DUI and license compliance requirements while learning the real impact of impaired driving.
How to Enter
All doors remain open. Look for posted signs and proceed to the lower level.
When to Arrive
The session begins at 7:00 PM. Arrive 15–20 minutes early to sign in and ensure a timely start.
Cost
The fee is $75. You can pay with cash or money order made out to Victims’ Voices.

Who Should Attend
This Ponca City DUI Panel welcomes participants from Kay County, Garfield County (Enid), Washington County (Bartlesville), Osage County (Pawhuska), and Ponca Nation and Osage Nation courts.
People with court-ordered DUI, APC, or possession charges will benefit from attending. Additionally, those working on driver’s license reinstatement in Oklahoma will find this panel helpful.
Court & License Compliance
The DUI Class Ponca City satisfies state and county requirements for court-ordered programs. Completing this panel will also support driver’s license reinstatement through Service Oklahoma, when required by your court. Be sure to bring original but submit a copy of your VIP completion certificate for payment and attendance to the court clerk, probation officer, attorney, alternative court and DUI Assessor.

The program is certified by the District Attorneys Council and approved under Oklahoma state law. Attendees hear directly from real people affected by drunk driving, gaining a deeper understanding of the consequences.
