Finding the Entrance
The Family Life Center is located across from Yale Cleaners.
- Turn west at the intersection of E. Thompson Avenue and S. Park Street
- Use the entrance to the left of the playground
- This door faces Park Street and Yale Cleaners
- Look for posted Victims’ Voices signs upon arrival
When to Arrive
The session runs from 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM.
Arrive 15–20 minutes early to allow time for sign-in and a smooth start.
Cost
The attendance fee is $75, payable by cash or money order made out to Victims’ Voices.

Proof of Attendance
Upon completing the VIP, participants receive a certificate of attendance. Copies should be provided to:
- Court Clerk
- Probation Officer
- Attorney
- DUI / ADSAC Assessor
- DA Supervision
- Alternative Court
(Always keep the original certificate for your records.)
Court & License Compliance
Completion of this program satisfies VIP orders for Oklahoma and Tribal Courts. In addition, it satisfies the Victim Impact Panel requirement for the driver’s license reinstatement through Service Oklahoma, when required by your court or DUI assessor.
Above all, the purpose of the Victims’ Voices program is to present the tragic and lasting consequences of impaired choices. As a result, participants gain a clear understanding of the real-world impact of drunk driving and are encouraged to make safer, accountable decisions.
