118 N. Broad St., Guthrie, OK 73044.
This Guthrie Victim Impact Panel is a court-approved program that helps participants meet DUI and license reinstatement requirements while understanding the real consequences of impaired driving.
When to Arrive
The session begins at 7:30 PM.
Please arrive 15–20 minutes early to allow time for sign-in and a smooth start.
Cost
The cost is $75 payable by cash or money order made out to Victims’ Voices

Court & License Compliance
This program is classified as a Victim Impact Panel (VIP).
Victims’ Voices is a court-approved Victim Impact Panel and is routinely accepted and referred by courts, probation offices, attorneys, and tribal courts throughout Oklahoma. Participants should follow any documentation instructions provided by their referring agency.
Completion may be required for:
- DUI
- APC
- Possession charges
- Probation or court-ordered education
- Driver’s license reinstatement through Service Oklahoma
After completion, participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
Please provide copies of the certificate to:
- The court clerk
- DA Supervision
- Probation officer
- Attorney
- ADSAC/DUI assessor
- Alternative courts

This program is certified by the District Attorneys Council and approved under Oklahoma state law.
