Turn west off Harvard, then take a left (south) into the church complex. Look for the door on the south side with a bench in front.\nThis Tulsa Victim Impact Panel (VIP) is a court-approved program that helps participants meet DUI and driver’s license reinstatement requirements, while demonstrating the real-life consequences of impaired driving.\nWhen to Arrive\nThe session begins at 7:30 PM.\nArrive 15–20 minutes early to allow for sign-in and a smooth start.\nThis is one of three monthly Tulsa VIPs held at different locations. This program is the northern Tulsa location and held on Tuesday.\nCost\nThe attendance fee is $75, payable by cash or money order made out to Victims’ Voices.\nQuestions\nCall 918-844-4573 for assistance. Our team is happy to answer any questions.\nWhat You’ll Experience\nWhat You’ll Experience\n\nHear firsthand stories from those affected by impaired driving\nUnderstand the real-life consequences of DUI and APC offenses\nBe encouraged to make safer, more responsible choices\n\nProof of Attendance\nAfter completing the VIP, participants will receive a certificate of attendance. Please provide copies to:\n\nCourt clerk\nProbation officer\nAttorney\nDUI / ADSAC assessor\nDA supervision or alternative court\n\n(Keep the original certificate for your records.)\nCourt & License Compliance\nThe Tulsa Victim Impact Panel (VIP) held at the Church of the Madalene meets state, county, and tribal court requirements.\nCompletion of this program satisfies VIP orders for Oklahoma and Tribal Courts. In addition, it satisfies the Victim Impact Panel requirement for the  driver’s license reinstatement through Service Oklahoma, when required by your court or DUI assessor.\nAbove all, the purpose of the Victims’ Voices program is to present the tragic and lasting consequences of impaired choices.
